What if my package was damaged during shipment?

If you receive a package and it was damaged during the delivery process, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

I haven't received my order, what now?

How fast are orders processed and shipped?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, make sure that you gave us the correct shipping address. Be sure to look for an attempted notice of delivery and check to make sure no one else in your house accepted the package. If you believe that your package was lost/stolen, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it! Please keep in mind federal holidays and in-climate weather can delay the delivery of your package.

Will you send me a confirmation email and tracking number?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you checkout and a tracking number as soon as your items ship. If you not see these emails in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

Can I have a product shipped to a hotel?

Yes, if you are going to be on vacation and need a GoPole product delivered to your hotel destination we can arrange shipping to wherever you need it. Also, be sure to check out our dealer map to see if there is a local dealer at your vacation destination.

Where does SHOOT ship from?

All orders placed on shoot.com are shipped direct from our warehouse in Shenzhen China.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact us with the following to initiate your return:

  4. Proof of Purchase
  5. Reason for Return

Items must be in original packaging & condition.

What is your return policy?

Returns are only for orders placed on shoot.com. If your order was placed elsewhere and you wish to initiate a return, please contact the original place of purchase.
